-There is a $10 late fee. If you are more than 15 mins late we will have to reschedule.  

 

-There is a $35 last-minute/no call no show fee

  *You must notify me no less than 24 hours to avoid this fee

  *After 1 no call no show, online booking privileges will be taken away 

 

-No children/extra people are permitted in the salon unless being serviced

 

-No offensive language and/or conversations in Nae & Co. Hair Studio

 

-Our business hours are from 9 am-8 pm. All inquiries made outside of the hours of 9 am-to 8 pm, will be responded to the next business day.
